Payroll

The Payroll Department is committed to serving all CVUSD employees by responding to inquiries, such as: voluntary deductions, sick leave, vacation records, employment verification, and W-2's. Teachers and staff can contact the Payroll Department for pay dates, due dates, timesheets and general payroll-related questions. We are dedicated to assisting all staff members in a timely manner.

2009 W-2 Information

Per the County Office of Education, 2009 W-2's are scheduled to be mailed to employees on January 22, 2010. W-2's can also be accessed via the Employee Self Service web site no later than January 25, 2010. You may click here for instructions to access the Employee Self Service web page.

State Income Tax Advisory

Important Information Regarding Bank Takeovers and Payroll Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

If your bank has been taken over and given a new bank number, it is extremely important that you submit a new Electronic Fund Transfer form (Automatic Payroll Deposit) to the district payroll department (see attached). To avoid any delays in your paycheck, the payroll department must have this form with the updated bank routing number and account number by the 15th of the month.
