Important Information Regarding Bank Takeovers and Payroll Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)If your bank has been taken over and given a new bank number, it is extremely important that you submit a new Electronic Fund Transfer form (Automatic Payroll Deposit) to the district payroll department (see attached). To avoid any delays in your paycheck, the payroll department must have this form with the updated bank routing number and account number by the 15th of the month.
